On behalf of the entire Executive Board of Directors, thank you for supporting the Greater Dalton Chamber of Commerce. You are a member of the largest voice of business in our region!
Our Chamber has made great progress in its recent history under the leadership of President and CEO Brian Anderson and his staff of professionals. The Chamber is a very relevant voice in our community’s affairs. Our willingness to be proactive in moving important initiatives forward continues to bring significant value in many areas: Grow Greater Dalton, The Archway Partnership, Emerging Leaders Institute, Readers 2 Leaders – these are just a few that come to mind.
Grow Greater Dalton has become the cornerstone of our economic development efforts. Please continue to support this effort as Grow Greater Dalton enters Phase Two. This initiative lets the entire nation know that we are rolling out the “you know what” for new, expanding and diversified business in our community.
The Archway Partnership continues to carry out their vision: “Dalton-Whitfield County will be the economic engine of Northwest Georgia, internationally recognized for its innovative business environment, its commitment to high-quality educational opportunities, and its stewardship of the abundant natural resources with which our community has been entrusted.”
As always, the Chamber will continue our extensive leadership development programs, including both Leadership Dalton-Whitfield and our Emerging Leaders Institute program. I am convinced that the way to build successful businesses is to build successful people, and then provide the opportunities and resources they need.
As a Chamber member you have access to numerous member services and opportunities to let your opinions be heard. I encourage you to take advantage of the myriad of networking opportunities the Chamber provides.
