EXPLORE EXPERIENCE is an opportunity for high school juniors to explore a career that is of interest to them by spending three days in a business that will give insight into the career in which you are interested. For three days (Tues-Thurs), you will report to a business/agency location. You will complete an application and practice interview, learn about the business and share workplace experiences. On Thursday afternoon you will have a short exit interview discussion with the business associates and a school representative.
Many more details and parent/guardian permission will follow after you have completed this application and when you are approved by your school for participation in the program.
Requirements for participation:
- Good school attendance including promptness
- Passing all classes at progress report time
- Acceptable Discipline Record
- Proof of medical insurance.
